The Crazies 'On Thin Ice'
Time for another Crazy4Challenges challenge.....and here it is.....
Hi Everyone,
It is Maryann here with this month's last challenge. Firstly I would like to thank Kelly Santi for joining as guest designer. I hope you have been having fun with our challenges.
This week my challenge is a play on words - Create a card using these words for inspiration "Skating on thin ice"
I went with a pretty literal used of the phrase with my penguins on think ice. Now I have another card for the holiday stash. This set is by Mama Elephant. I used a frame die from MFT and a snowflake embossing folder.
Sorry about the muddy picture....it is crisp and white in real life.
Be sure to visit the Crazies Blog to see the other interpretations of 'skating on thin ice'.

I used a die from Memory Box for the main 'image'. I then cut one polar bear from a die cut border by Penny Black to add to the scene. I then used a die to cut out the sentiment. Easy Peasie you would think.....but I made many wrong choices along the way so this simple card took me forever.....loL!!!

CCEEers Keep Warm in the Winter
Time for another CCEE Stampers Challenge. Liz is the hostess for this challenge this week to use an image showing some kind of winter garment.
I used an older La La Land stamp which was still a 'virgin'. The sentiment is from Sweet 'n Sassy Stamps. I used a snowflake embossing folder for the basic layer and used another 'remnant' of a MS wedding card for the mid=white layer.
Be sure to visit the CCEE Blog to see the other wintery designs by my fav DT.

CCEEers Welcome 2018
Happy New Year
Happy New CCEE Challenge
The CCEE Stampers Challenge begins another year of creativity with our new January hostess, Liz Williams....here is her challenge for the week.....
Hi, this is Liz bringing us our first challenge of 2018.
I don't know about you, but I can hardly believe it is already 2018!!!
So
the title of this challenge is "Waddle we do in 2018?" So the
challenge is to use a penguin or you may use any other animal that loves
cold weather.
I used a stamp and die set from Sweet 'n Sassy Stamps for the image and sentiiment. In addition I used the shadowing circle stamp from Altenew. I cut the main panel with a die from Lawn Fawn.

CCEE Play with Their Fav Holiday Stamps
This week's challenge will be our last challenge for 2017 as we all want to take a little time to concentrate on family and friends. Of course we will be back on 4th January to start another year for fun challenges, hope to see you here too! The challenge for the CCEE Stampers is to make a card with your favorite holiday stamp. Be sure to visit the CCEE Blog to see the favs of this ultratalented and wonderful DT.
I have to honestly say that I have too many fav stamps to really pic one, but since I had to I went with this poinsettia stamp that stands by itself. I did it previously in gold on white, have colored it in the reds and pinks, and am sure I can find many more ways to use it.
Merry Christmas and Happy New Year
to you all.....see you 2018!!!!

Crazies Play with the 2017 Sketches
As this is our last challenge of the year, we were challenged to once again use one of the 2017 Crazy4Challenges sketches. I chhose to use the simple June sketch. I tweaked it a bit by putting the sentiment at the bottom of my image panel instead of using a sentiment banner. My image is from Sweet 'n Sassy Stamps. The sentiment is from Penny Black (I think????)
Be sure to stop by the Crazies Blog to see how the rest of the team revisited the sketch challenges of 2017,
Merry Christmas to All......

Here is today's challenge for the CCEE Stamper's Challenge.....
Welcome to this weeks challenge. At this silly time of the year do you find yourself singing or humming to a song that you have heard. For our challenge this week, take your inspiration from any Christmas Carol.
I did not record the stamp companies for this card....if you need to know let me know. My card was based on the song WINTER WONDERLAND.

Oooops.....Day and a Half Late for CCEE
II had my CCEE Stampers Challenge card done a long time ago, but forgot to post it here on my blog. Sorry about that!!! Here is the challenge for the week....
This week we are going to make a card for our holiday stash. You can make a Christmas card, a New Year’s card, or a winter card…..whichever you think you need the most for your stash.
I went with a CAS Holiday card. Had trouble with the photo, but in real life it is an even glow to the embossing.
If you haven't already stopped into the CCEE Blog,, please do so to see the creations of the rest of the team who put up with me onthis DT.

Hi CCEE Fans,
It's challenge time again. Frances here with you again to issue the challenge this week.
Acetate
- Create a card that includes acetate on/in it in some way. Shaker
Cards; Magic Color Slider Cards; Gap Cards; Acetate Windows etc.
I used circle dies to create my frame. I then added a die cut from Tutti. The aceetate is behind the frame and die. I then heat embossed the small sentiment with silver embossing powder,

The CCEEers Get Hole-y
As this is our first challenge for June, we have a new hostess, Frances. Here is her challenge for this week.....
Hi everyone,
It's Frances here, and it is my turn to host the challenges this month.
Apparently the
2nd of June is Doughnut Day so for our challenge today create something that
had some type of "hole" in it. It could be a doughnut, cheese, fancy
fold card with a hole … anything.
I used a stamp and die set from Memory Box to create this CAS card. I used a sentiment from Penny Black to finish it off.
Be sure to stop by the CCEE Blog to see the hole-y projects by this wonderful DT...I am sure you will enjoy stopping by.

The CCEE Challenge Goes to the Dogs
Lynn has a great challenge for the CCEE Stampers this week. Here it is.....
Can anyone resist the cuteness of a puppy, man's best friend? In honor of National Puppy Week, find your cutest image of a puppy and feature it on your card this week! Heck, you could even throw in two or three! I love puppies!
I used a virgin dog image from Whipper Snapper along with an unmounted, unidentified sentiment stamp.
I love puppies, dogs of any age so I am looking forward to this week's creative DT work. If you are too, be sure to visit the CCEE Blog where you will see some fab cards and details on how you can play with us.
