Fairy Day with the CCEE

Frances shares with us her last CCEE Stampers Challenge for June.  Here it is.....

Hi everyone,

Welcome to our CCEE challenge blog. Frances here again with my last challenge for the month.

Saturday the 24th was Fairy Day …. So let's include fairies on our card this week

I used a fairy die from Joanna Sheen along with a sentiment from MFT Stamps.  I sponged the background using a stencil and distress inks.  This was a really easy card to create.

Crazy for Water

Joanne here with the last Crazy4Challenges challenge for June.  Here is you challenge for this week.

Today is Swim a Lap Day, Please include some form of water on your card.....a river, the ocean, a pool, raindrops, puddles, bubbles......it is up to you what form the water takes.

I used a new to me stamp from Technique Junkies for my image, a sentiment from DRS Designs, a cloud template, and a Marvy corner rounder.  I also used my Misti to stamp my image several times to get a deep black image.

CCEE Celebrate World Music Day

Frances is the hostess for the CCEE Stampers Challenges in June.  Here is her challenge for this week.....

Hi everyone,

It's Frances here and I have another challenge for you all this week.

Yesterday was World Music Day; Music Day and Make Music Day .... so let's include something music related on our cards this week.

On this truly one layer card, II uused an unmounted stamp.  I am not always good at marking my cling and unmounted stamps so I can't tell you who it is from.   Sorry.  The sentiment is from WOW sentiment stamps (I think).....really have to bring post its down to the stamp cave so I can write the companies down and leave gthe post it in the card til I post it......gotta work  on that.....lol!!!

Sketch Week with the Crazies

It is the third Crazy4Challenges challenge of the month, so it is a sketch.  I have trouble grabbing the sketch, so go to the Crazies Blog to check it out.

 I am still working on my collection of all occasion cards for gift stacks, so I went with a sympathy card using an image from ODBD. Be sure to visit the Crazies Blog to check out the various interpretations of the sketch.

CCEEers Go Flippin' and a Floppin'

Frances continues as our June hostess for the CCEE Stampers Challenge.  Here is here challenge for this week.......

Hi everyone,

It's Frances here again with another fun challenge for you all.

According to the Days of the Year Web Site - Friday 16th is Flip-Flop Day. So for our card this week let's make flip flop cards! That can be the flip-flops that are shoes (thongs for us in Aussie) …. Or Flip Flop Cards or both …. Or you may have another flip flop idea whatever works for you :) 

I used a stamp set by ______________  (I'll fill in the name if my brain burp clears).  I embossed the background, die cup the image panel, and added brads.

Crazy for Roses

Hello.....Joanne here with your next challenge foro the Crazy4Challenges.  Here is this week's challenge.

June is Rose Month. Have a rose as one element (or the only element) on your card OR have a whole garden of roses.

My roses stamp is from Stampendous, while my sentiment stamp is from MFT.

Hi everyone, 

Frances here again as your challenge hostess. 

Today is World Ocean Day, so the challenge this week is to create a card that reminds you of something related to the ocean.

I am late to the party, but really wanted to play as i love and collect stamps/images having to do with the ocean.  This was a virgin C.C. Designs stamp which I did some simple coloring of.  I added a sentiment, rounded the corners and that was that..

Crazies Repeat

 

Hello.....Welcome to the Crazy4Challenges challenge.  It is the first week of June, so the hostess duties fall to me, Joanne.  Here is our first challenge for June.

Today is Repeat Day. On your creations this week, you are to repeat some part of your design at least three times. This could mean three same sized circles, three of the same flower.......three of something on your card.  Can't wait to see what you create!!!

I went CAS this week.  I used a stamp set from Altenew for my 'blobs' and sentiment.  The blobs and the brads are my repeats for the challenge.  I used a Spellbinder die for the image panel and dry embossed the base of the  card.

The CCEEers Get Hole-y

As this is our first challenge for June, we have a new hostess, Frances.  Here is her challenge for this week.....

Hi everyone,

It's Frances here, and it is my turn to host the challenges this month.

Apparently the 2nd of June is Doughnut Day so for our challenge today create something that had some type of "hole" in it. It could be a doughnut, cheese, fancy fold card with a hole … anything.

I used a stamp and die set from Memory Box to create this CAS card.  I used a sentiment from Penny Black to finish it off.
