Welcome
to another CCEE Challenge. Being a brand new month it is time to
introduce our new challenge hostess which is Frances Byrne.
Apparently today is
“Balloons Around the World Day”. So this week let’s add some balloons to our
cards.
I used an old Penny Black hedgie stamp for this challenge. I not only got the challenge done, but I now have my great-niece's Halloween card made. She is only 2 so I try to keep the spookiness on a low lever......lol!!!!
